Our littlest learners are busy growing in confidence and skills, and our caring educators are right beside them—listening, supporting, and guiding at their level. Each day is filled with joy through singing, storytelling, science play, arts and crafts, and plenty of sand and water fun.
As babies begin crawling or walking, we encourage them to explore their world with curiosity and independence. We gently nurture this new confidence while preparing them for their next stage of learning. Along the way, they’re learning to express emotions, interact with peers, and understand safe boundaries in a fun environment. We also partner with families to support milestones such as potty training.
Our play-based program grows from children’s interests and developmental milestones. We focus on discovery and exploration, with activities both indoors and outdoors. Creative arts like drawing, painting, music, and dance inspire imagination and self-expression, while puzzles, books, construction, and natural materials build early literacy and numeracy.
We also promote independence by encouraging self-help skills such as handwashing, serving drinks, and dressing themselves. Group times bring us together to share stories and experiences, while individual play lets children follow their own curiosity.
Messy play, pretend play, problem-solving, and investigation are all part of the day—along with early learning of numbers, colours, letters, and shapes. And no matter the Melbourne weather, outdoor play is always a highlight!
